Returns and Shipping Policy


Thank you! Our aim is to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 business days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 business days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Should your product be damaged during shipment, you will submit a claim directly to the shipping company. As items are custom made, returns for reasons such as customer remorse will not be accepted.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please send us a message via the Contact Us link in the menu at the top of the page. Further instructions and potentially a return address will be provided once your case has been reviwed. If you use an incorrect return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

All products must be in their original unopened packaging to qualify for return. Further, we do not accept the return of goods that are originally factory sealed, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

You must contact us prior to returning any products. We do not refund or exchange orders for buyer’s remorse or buyer error (such as ordering the wrong size). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same item, send us a message using the Contact Us link in the menu above and we will review. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Downloadable products are non-returnable.

Wrong Address – If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable). Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 4 weeks and become non-refundable.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

MerchTablePro reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.


The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. Shipping time estimates are provided based on the customer provided address at checkout. Depending on your location, shipping times may be as short as 2 business days or as long as 20 business days. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The shipping time estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products. Products will be created and shipped within 7 business days of order. Final shipping costs are displayed during checkout. Once shipped a tracking code will be provided.
